There’s a lot of truth to this statement. For example, we might see someone who achieves “an overnight success” and completely overlook all the years of hard work and preparation for them to achieve that magical moment.

The secret to being lucky, is to quiet down those “nay-sayers” in our own head and to hold constant focus on what we want for ourselves, not what we don’t want.

• Calm the negative self-talk (Rather than listening to it and buying into it, REPLACE it with self-talk that’s more aligned with, and supportive of, your outcome.)
• Take action daily toward your goal.

Focus on being happy and fulfilled, choose to be happy, it is a choice; dream and take action…your mind is amazing and will work to create whatever you’re imagining. WHAT are you imagining? Energy flows where attention goes.
