Energy Tune Up

$9.95

Aligned · Attuned · Alive

An audio session that blends brainwave entrainment with tuned frequencies, singing bowls, and harmonic textures to help reset your energy and restore a deep sense of well-being.

Duration: 30 minutes | Headphones required

Energy Tune Up is a restorative audio designed to help you clear static, settle overstimulation, and return to your natural rhythm.

This 30-minute track uses brainwave entrainment layered with finely tuned frequencies—including singing bowls, chimes, and ambient tones—to create a harmonic space where tension dissolves and presence returns.

Whether you’re feeling scattered, overloaded, or simply in need of a reset, this is your invitation to realign—gently and naturally.

WHAT IT SUPPORTS:

  • Full-body relaxation and reset
  • Letting go of mental noise and tension
  • Getting centered after a long or stressful day
  • Sharpening focus through calm and clarity

Use as needed for recalibration—or as a companion to The Stillpoint Series

Which brainwave entrainment audio should I start with first?

Where to Start
If you’re new to brainwave entrainment, begin with Stillpoint 1: Ease. It’s built around the Alpha brainwave state—ideal for calming the mind and setting a strong foundation.

Then move to Stillpoint 2: Flow, which uses Theta frequencies to support deeper insight, emotional clarity, and subconscious access. Use this after you’ve spent at least 2 weeks with Ease.

Finally, use Stillpoint 3: Rest to access Delta—your deepest state of stillness and recovery. This is where long-held tension can release and true restoration begins.

Go at your own pace. What matters most is showing up consistently—not trying to force progress. The results come from repetition, not pressure.

What are the benefits of completing The Stillpoint Series?

The Stillpoint Series is designed to be used over the course of 6–8 weeks—building layer by layer from surface-level stress to deeper clarity and reset.

Each phase targets a specific brainwave state to help you shift out of mental noise and into a state that supports clear thinking, emotional balance, and long-overdue rest.

What Starts to Shift

  • Clearer thinking and reduced mental clutter
  • A calmer, more focused baseline
  • Better emotional regulation and less reactivity
  • Deeper rest and recovery—without needing to crash
  • More presence in conversations, work, and relationships
How does brainwave entrainment work?

Brainwave entrainment uses sound frequencies to gently guide your brain into specific, beneficial states—like relaxation, meditation, or deep rest. This is made possible by a phenomenon known as the frequency following response: when your brain is exposed to certain tones (binaural beats), it begins to synchronize with that rhythm.

Because many of these frequencies are below the range of human hearing, binaural beat technology creates them indirectly—by playing one tone in your left ear and another in your right. Your brain perceives the difference between those tones as a pulse, and naturally aligns to it.

Over time, this can help train your brain to access deeper states more easily—even without the audio.

Some promising studies have even shown that, with repeated use, a reorganization and balancing of the brain’s hemispheres occurs.

What do different brainwave frequencies mean?

Your dominant brainwave frequency shifts depending on your mental and physical state.

Here’s a quick breakdown of the five main types:

GAMMA (40Hz and above): Heightened states of focus, insight, and peak awareness. Sometimes associated with problem solving and advanced learning.

BETA (13 – 40Hz): Alert and externally focused. Waking state. Mental effort, concentration, planning. Higher Beta can feel like overthinking or stress and may increase anxiety.

ALPHA (8 – 12Hz): Relaxed awareness. Daydreaming, reflection, light meditation. Often associated with creative flow. A key state for calming the mind without falling asleep.

THETA (4 – 7Hz): Deeper meditative states. Dreaming, visualization, emotional insight and deep creativity. Gateway to the subconscious.

DELTA (0 – 4Hz): The slowest state. Deep, dreamless sleep. Cellular repair. Physical and emotional reset.

Who discovered binaural beats, and how do they work?

Binaural beats were first discovered in 1839 by German scientist Heinrich Wilhelm Dove. He found that when two slightly different frequencies are played in each ear, the brain perceives a third tone—the difference between them. This is what we now call a binaural beat.

For example, if you hear 100 Hz in your left ear and 90 Hz in your right, your brain interprets a 10 Hz beat—without it actually being played.

Much later, in 1973, Dr. Gerald Oster published a key article in Scientific American called “Auditory Beats in the Brain.” His research helped explain how binaural beats are processed differently than ordinary sounds, and how they may support mental and neurological shifts.

This discovery laid the groundwork for using sound to guide brainwave states—what we now call brainwave entrainment.
